Consumer Credit Report Access Authorization

By checking the box associated with this notice and continuing with the application process, you understand and agree that you are authorizing and instructing Growth Fund Partners, LLC, including lenders on our platform ("Company" or "Lender"), to obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax.

You also authorize Lender to make any inquiries it decides are necessary to verify the accuracy of the information contained in your application, and you understand and agree that Lender may contact third parties to verify any such information. You further understand and agree that Lender may use your consumer reports to make credit decisions and for related purposes.

You authorize and instruct Lender to obtain your consumer reports each time you request a loan, during the processing or closing of a loan, or at various times during the term of your loan in connection with the servicing, monitoring, collection or enforcement of the loan.

As used herein, the term "you" refers to the business loan applicant (the "Applicant"), regardless of whether the Applicant is submitting the credit application on its own behalf or whether an agent of the Applicant is submitting the application on the Applicant's behalf. If you are submitting this application as an agent of the Applicant, you represent that you have full right and authority granted by the Applicant to submit the credit application and agree to this Consumer Credit Report Access Authorization on the Applicant's behalf.
